About us
About stichting club turn
club TURN is a Rotterdam-based music and cultural platform operated by Stichting club TURN. From Rotterdam, we create a platform for artists, creators and cultural initiatives, with a particular focus on local and emerging talent.
Through club TURN, we bring together music, culture, unique locations and audiences. We organise and record DJ sets, live sessions and events at a variety of locations throughout Rotterdam. By collaborating with artists, cultural organisations, creative entrepreneurs and distinctive venues, we aim to increase the visibility of emerging talent and contribute to an accessible and innovative music and club culture in Rotterdam.
club TURN operates on a non-profit basis. Any income, grants and other contributions are used to support the activities and objectives of Stichting club TURN.
Our activities include
- Organising cultural and music events.
- Providing a platform for local and emerging talent.
- Professionally recording and publishing performances and DJ sets online.
- Developing collaborations with cultural and community partners.
- Making music and culture accessible to a broad audience.
Our Mission
Stichting club TURN aims to strengthen Rotterdam’s music and cultural sector by connecting artists, audiences, venues and organisations in an accessible and innovative way. We create space for talent, unique collaborations and new cultural experiences, both physically throughout the city and online.
